Knowledgeable people in the team, nearly no overtime -> good work life balance. Good for experienced people who want to do 8h a day and not by bothered by any extra projects/tasks/issues etc.

Global company with too many chiefs. Departments work independently, silo mentality. Multiple meetings with little to no accomplishment. Reports requested from different departments that overlap instead of sharing information. U.S. based employees lost long held positions as their responsibilites were sent overseas.
