- Managers are friendly and supportive - HR manager and HR team are very supportive also. I really like them a lots and I feel that Hr really stands at employee side - colleagues are well cooperated, funny, friendly and open to share knowledge - Hybrid and flexible working mode. Manager and Hr always try to find a way to support employees if they have personal issue. - Manager always tried the best to give us the work life balance also - Treat fairly between local and foreigner employees
Cons
Nothing bad so far to me, just salary a bit lower than market rate, but for me, it can be accepted because of this nice & flexible working environments.
