Good personalities, some teams have good team spirit and cool people. Good for a first work experience. Good insurance, some good benefits and relaxed attitude by management.

They don’t appreciate experienced employees enough. Riga staff is often underpaid comparing to similar positions in other companies in market. Riga is used as a “cheap labour” hub, that means limited opportunities.
