No much opportunities. Local management is very partial... but I guess that is everywhere.
As a whole, well established global company with decent benefits and growth opportunities.
Part of the local management team abusive towards some, and preferential in treatment towards other employees. Unlike the global model, inhibiting towards growth opportunities of those not on their preferred list.

The best organization I have worked with. My manager was from Riga, so she managed the team remotely. Eventho we never meet one another, but the relationship built feels warm and family-like. I had a good relationship with my manager and she let me grow independently within the team.
