Overseas Trip: The company sponsors an annual overseas trip, flight and hotel all paid by comp. Yearly Company Dinner: Fancy annual company dinner, generous lucky draws, . Festive Lunches in office :Provides company-paid lunches for festive celebrations. Work-Life Balance: Encourages a professional culture where employees are generally not disturbed after working hours, depending on client needs. Early Morning Shifts: Offers flexible morning shifts, allowing employees to log in early ( 6 AM) and leave by 3 PM, can avoid traffics.
100% fully Australian-owned organization where managers are not around in KL office, so ends up frequent virtual meetings and video calls. All communication or issue resolution typically occurs within working hours. Attendance and Punctuality: Very big issues here.Attendance and login times are tracked and reported to clients monthly—practice since bloody COVID-19 but haven't stop despite whole team are coming to office weekly already. I really hope my manager can advise them to stop otherwise they are going to get this every month from ASW. My managers never bother us with this, yet management send this to them monthly, and ends putting some of them with repeated over breaks being flagged and monitored and raised to HR. Work are done in a timely manner so when issue raised to client, even though it's only one person's issue, ends up all the rest of us are also monitored. I think only that one or two person who doesn't deliver or finishes their job should be monitored right, not all of us? Insurance Benefits: The insurance coverage is limited, with dependent just one.

- I've seen this a lot: IF you are working for a good client under AS White, then this can be a comfortable and good place to work. - Generally follows Australia work hours (6am to 3pm in Malaysia) so you can avoid the peak traffic times and have more free time for the day. - This is not the worst company! There are many out there that are far worse...
- Management takes care of themselves first instead of the employees. Don't expect them to be on your side if anything goes wrong. If it's a client problem or it's their problem, it will end up being your problem. - You can raise any issue or file a complaint, but will it be solved? - Employees now have to co-pay 10% cost for hospital bills. - Have costly annual company trips and year-end parties, but majority of the employees would rather have the money used for good increment/bonus as we have bills to pay and other things we prefer to spend our money on. - Favoritism, politics. But to be fair, this is normal. - Honestly it used to be nice working here, but things have changed. - Company has a lot of potential but is wasted due to bad management and decisions.

I'm writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the work environment and company policies. As an employee, I've experienced several issues that have made my time at the company uncomfortable and unfulfilling. Firstly, I've noticed that the HR Generalist consistently stares at me with an intent that makes me feel uneasy. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a hostile work environment. Furthermore, her attire, often consisting of crop tops, is unbecoming of a professional setting and can be distracting. Additionally, the company's recent changes to the insurance policy have resulted in employees having to pay 10% of the overall bill upfront. This added financial burden is a significant concern for many employees, and I believe the company should reconsider this policy. I believe the HR generalist made this blatant change! How can a Generalist make changes like this? Shouldn't the HR Manager do this instead? Oh wait, no HR Manager was hired to monitor on all these. I would be extremely upset if this so called HR Generalist who was supposedly on the Dean's List in the previous University becomes the HR Manager. Her fluency in English is distasteful as well. I cannot in my life believe the company would hire such a person. Another issue I'd like to highlight is the company's wasteful spending on Year End Parties. Instead of using these funds to provide bonuses to employees, the company chooses to splurge on lavish events that don't benefit the staff. I believe this is a misallocation of resources and a missed opportunity to show appreciation for employees' hard work. Lastly, I'm disheartened by the company's treatment of long-term staff. Several colleagues have been forced to resign, which means they won't receive their Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) benefits. This lack of respect and appreciation for dedicated employees is unacceptable and has created a toxic work environment.
