Every month new set of rules are introduced to harash employees. Good projects are leaving the company as management is poor and employee do not give 100% as they are the ones who face issue from management and are not happy. If employees are not happy then how come customer will be happy. They have started getting small projects which are not good for a technical person as they have work starting from level 0 to level 2 only.

Recently has been focussed more on off-shoring and near-shoring support and development work than on UK delivery.

Too many senior management changes and too many large acquisitions to make the books look better.

Growth is not upto the mark

Nothing just be good at what you do and company will be good.
