I worked with AtoS for 6.5 Years and I would say AtoS is the best company to work for a long tenure. 1) Management is very much matured, Goal Achiever and cooperative. 2) Each individual is recognized and Awarded for their outstanding performance. 3) Flexible for employees to work and build their carrier in willing / interested technology. 4) Company Goals are very clear and drives towards it with proper pre-plannings. 5) Employees have many opportunities to scale up their knowledge. 6) Onsite opportunities.
