It can be overly process driven at times. This can make working at Atos sometimes challenging and frustrating. Once you understand the processes and culture life becomes easier.

Bangalore doesn't get too many projects policies are not same across the globe needs more branding

Shift timing and changing work environment

Rate of pay way below rest of the market.

Upper management has lost focus on how to run a Data Center.

Management has no clue how to treat employees or run an organization. There is no assistance from executive management to resolve complex issues and concerns. No promotion or merit increases.

In some projects no work is there however some are loaded with work.

North America Operations is lost. Managers, techs and directors try to make things work without any real support from upper management. Bonuses were removed from many to shift it to upper management as it important to retain executive management not the ones that actually do the work and work the long hours. It is also frowned upon to work a 45 hour work week. We should all be 50 plus. Many work 60 plus hours week after week just to keep things afloat with no raises or bonus. During last all hands meeting HR lied stating that only layoffs were performance related. When in fact everyone knew for over a year that all North American Wintel engineers were being laid off and work being transferred to incompetent offshore teams. The list goes on and on.

Salary is not upto the mark for MCA guys

Not much of cons. Work Politics prevailed with certain teams.

Increment and promotion are very less

Don't expect a substantial raise.

Sales force are uninformed and dishonest.

All the managers work from home. Not knowing the fact, reality of working at site to support the end users. Management waits for one little small error from employees and ding them.

Less hike and low pay

I became an Atos employee via the Xerox ITO acquisition. We were told "no employee would be disadvantaged ..." Well, I just found out that I'm losing one week and one day of paid time off for 2016.
