Sales operations manager
None, this is an awful company to work
Low pay, lousy benefits, EXTREMELY LOW EMPLOYEE MORALE, poor work / life balance, weak management.......I could go on and on.
No Work Pressure Friendly team members
Salary is less for MCA candidates
Working here has a feeling of working for a much smaller organisation and your line manager knows what you are doing, unlike some other organisations where my line manager used to talk to me only during appraisal time.
The company is a result of the merger & split of several companies, so it can be a difficult task getting things done esp. where the work you are getting done is from a sister concern.
Logistics technician
The training staff is top notch, From the global trainer, to the trainer in their Microsoft locations in Illinois, they are really turning around a tired program. Support is in place if you ask for it. I would recommend the technician, or logistics role to anyone looking to grow within an IT field. Your career is what you make it.
Turnover is improving, but such is the nature of an entry level role. For those unwilling to change or learn, it can be a tough go, you need to be mentally nimble and willing to help others.
Process analyst
dynamic, engagged, innovative, proefficient, growth
delighted to be part of this team, cannot find any cons yet
Work life balance and best for learning teamwork
Have to work in night shifts as well
Finance manager
Remote work, and you are forced to learn, cause no one will support you.
No support, no training, very chaotic and the management from France clueless of what is going on. Pay and benefits mediocre at best.
