Anonymous employee
Excellent Culture, very good company, global presence.
Lack of onsight opportunitites, rewards and recognition is less, procedure for appraisal is very poor and totally jumbled.
Only 1 pro, you can get by with absolutely no knowledge of anything related to computer.
The manager at Atos will hire people who does not know anything about computer. He hires people from food industry, sales like Home Depot. Basically people who have no experience with computer. I have never worked in a company so filled with incompetent and brown nosing people. Yes, they are right, raises are more like $.05 per hour. really 5 CENTS per hour. I spit on that raise. You can go to tech 1 to tech 2 and get no pay increase, surely Microsoft is paying them more for tech 2. Atos keeping everything.
Medical coordinator
The team I was part of had a good feel
No work life balance to be had
Graduate account manager
Varied experience across company through rotations / flat organisation
Experience can vary depending on account
Global portfolio leader
Exceptional opportunities to be involved in innovation and thought leadership communities such as Scientific Community and Expert Community. Both then provide interaction with Universities, global thought leaders, and new tech talent.
Market position decline in past 2 years
Change coordinator
Good location, great extra-activities (christmas party, well-being day, sports activities)
Bad career opportunities, managemnt is not transparent and not acting on the benefot of the employees, salaries are not distributed based on experience and seniority in the company
Job secure, can learn new things, good exposure to new skill set.
All good...8 hours working.,friendly work culture
Systems engineer
Large range of clients, good worldwide recognition and reputation. Lots of opportunities to work on great projects. Autonomy and self improvement is encouragement.
Always feeling used and never belonging anywhere (between the client and your company) Management is hard to reach, and when they do answer they always have an excuse to say no (raise, promotion ...)
Systems administrator
Good Team spirit and help each other
Lack of pay rises over a number of years
It has a wide range of platforms for you to grow .
But the growth is limited.
