Too much ceremony and inefficiency

I worked there 10 years and they will do anything to anyone in order to keep showing their investors & board profit. That means pay reduction, furloughs, lower your title credentials. So if you really want to see what the decline of the economy has done to employers and their now "Employers Market" then work for Atos. The very worst company I have ever worked with

They pay little less comparing to other with a trade of for work life balance

Poor Management and HR is hell

Dont pay, 8th year with any pay increases

- Lack of direction from management - Rude management expecting work without even asking for it then blaming you for lateness - Everything promised on the graduate scheme is a lie - no rotations, stuck in meaningless 'PMO' tasks that should be offshored, all company processes are incredibly bureaucratic making jobs too stressful. - Will never be on a 'consulting project' as everything is IT based and the customers don't really care - Never assigned to roles, told to find them yourself, which is hard to do in 100,000 strong organisation - Finances all over the place, releasing next years risk budget to hit targets probably not a sensible idea - Loan ties you in for longer than the 18 month scheme, bit of a con, can't leave unless we pay this off, clever way of making people stay - If you want to feel a part of a company, work somewhere small, there is no sense of a team.

Fro experienced hands, I wouldn't recommend Atos. For pennies they hire rookies and all the pressure on the experienced employees.

No cons till now except HR team need to be bit proactive.

There is a lack of organisation in the whole company, that affects all the areas. Low salaries.

Can improve in compensation and benefits

No pay rise policy. No pay rise for 8 years. No training. No career progression. Lossing staff fast. No focus on customer too much on just delivery to the contract. Pay is better at competitors. Focus is on acquisition rather than building internally. Toxic culture and terrible Middle / lower management.

Low salary, the company was very disorganized, management on both local and national level was not transparent and pretty bad overall.

Less development projects,less pay for freshers and kept on bench for long,less transparency in management,useless rating system...

I have worked in shifts i dont like it basically as it effect my health and personal life.

Low wages, not very good working climate, no benefits including in salary, in generally to much to do compared to salary level, swing door - not able to hold on experienced people. No carrier opportunities, management is deff.

Very small infrastructure as like shop. Seats is not avliable. Same as me like call Centre. Evry time come and out security staff check bags. Not any type extra hour bennfit and comp off. Lots off stress. no crafteria or canteen. Its too far from city so after 11pm difficult to catch rikshow or taxi. Top management not doing anything for thire employee. Many process for doing work. They believe in process not in knowledge and convince.

Actual job role not relevent to the job spec what so ever.

Salary increment and employee benefit is not up to par with most BPO organizations out there.

Many many many organisational changes and as a result huge turnover of staff Quite behind of innovative tech Spend next to nothing on marketing so firm is very Unknown outside of Systems Integrators

Gosh, where to start... Work life balance? Nope, work you to death. Then demand more. Location? Irving. No thanks. Used to work from home. now leadership wants to show off their shiny new prison. Pay? Horrible. And they stole from us by canceling our sick time benefits carried over from Xerox with no real warning. Micromanagement. Loads of that. Idiotic obsession with employee profiles and other inane crud like that. In short they treat their people like disposable items. Just discard when you've extracted every last bit of blood.

On joining, the allocation to the project/technology is done without candidate's preference. This could be changed so that candidates work on what they excel in

Should be good salary hike available and flexible working hours.

Very unprofessional team from the Bangalore team I worked with. But it was really amazing to work with the Pune and Mumbai team. To be clear I'm from Bangalore myself. Work environment depends upon people in project. Best people follow the ethics and code. If the managers who are working since a long time are very unprofessional.

Remote with employees overseas, but they accomodate for the area you are in,

Not giving the role which we prefer to work. Heavy Work load

Hopeless management which lays off employees at whim, no guidance or feedback from immediate managers on your performance and no perks.

- prolonged periods of inactivity (bench) - not clear who is responsible for project management

inconsistency in admin policies and absence of spot awards may cause drop in motivation to employees

Nerve-wrecking, anxiety inducing. life changing not in a good way

not a good pay master

Salary hikes are low single digits

Poor pay and some aggressive managers

Very low salaries. At entry point is quite on similar market level but when you are promoted you get almost nothing. Managers see the sitiuation and try to manage this but HR's and top mgmt don't approve salaries increase. This ends in huge rotation and atrition of employees.

expensive medical plan, 6 paid holidays, having to update your resume every 6 months even if your job duties dont change, useless management who have no idea what is going on, low pay compared to other employers who have the same job title

Primary negative was an individual account manager. In general it was a pleasant atmosphere but high demands placed on staff

The employee should flexible for work, sometime you might have to rotate to be the other job.
