Lack of onsight opportunitites, rewards and recognition is less, procedure for appraisal is very poor and totally jumbled.

The manager at Atos will hire people who does not know anything about computer. He hires people from food industry, sales like Home Depot. Basically people who have no experience with computer. I have never worked in a company so filled with incompetent and brown nosing people. Yes, they are right, raises are more like $.05 per hour. really 5 CENTS per hour. I spit on that raise. You can go to tech 1 to tech 2 and get no pay increase, surely Microsoft is paying them more for tech 2. Atos keeping everything.

Bad career opportunities, managemnt is not transparent and not acting on the benefot of the employees, salaries are not distributed based on experience and seniority in the company

All good...8 hours working.,friendly work culture

Always feeling used and never belonging anywhere (between the client and your company) Management is hard to reach, and when they do answer they always have an excuse to say no (raise, promotion ...)
