Managers promoted from other areas and don't understand products they manage. Knowledgeable people not promoted by big mouth managers with no ability. Expect you to pay own work related expenses then claim it back. Claiming it back is a battle with managers risking incurring non-refundable interest charges.

I dont see any downside from the employee

Position and pay increases hard to come by

Disjointed and uncoordinated management chasing different goals

service based org less onsite not much latest technology

- Appraisal process is not happen on time.

Salary hike is less on yearly basis .

all seems to be good

Nothing is there from my side
