- The way things are done are a little outdated

Delays to bonus pay out is not announced. They leave you to guess whether there is even going to be one. Possible changes in HR policy effecting employees are not put up for discussion amongst those on the ground. Too much office politics.

You wont learn that much

Management is very very poor. HR is hell here. Nobody in HR will listen until your escalation mail.

One gets competitive salary in Atos

-The type of work and the stress would more or less depend on the type of managers you get

-Low benefits for the IT industry and when you receive a promotion you will most likely have the same benefits like on the previous role.

management is not very good .

Lack of local targeting, poor change program for new management tools.
