I'm feeling good in atos

If you are from other Areas or low skilled Job, you will be "micro managed" a lot, hard to get a salary raise, and upgrade on your career only available after at least 2 years at work.

Freshers mostly MCA people think other options first then try for this.

Its now merged with Syntel, so they will deploy in client locations. More work pressure

There is no downsides in Atos.

Limited career progression. Extremely target driven which can be stressful.

Didn't find any major cons

- lack of development opportunities - no clear development path - very high employee attrition rate - you are on your own, there is lack of direction, - was working in US hours, so even when I was at the office there was usually nobody there - lots of stress - meeting after meeting after meeting after meeting

- salary - management - team management - little focus on individual development - no bonus

promotion take time. Salary not huge
