Team manager
Depending on direct manager it can be a very good company. Success is usually recognized. You get training opportunities and chances to make an impact on your teams
Depending on manager it can be also rough. They tend to keep the wrong people in the wrong places just out of fear of having no one to fill the role.
Devops engineer
I had been working on Atos cloud division for 2 years and my over all review is quite positive as far as work is concerned . Had quite challenging task to work on being a fresher .Manager was quite positive to show trust and give me challenging work. Good company but it all depends which department and on which project person is deployed .Appraisals are 2 times a year but again everything depends on budget and project even if you perform well and no budget don't expect a hike.
Lots of politics at senior level specially at higher level for cloud division which was 6 month old when i joined
