Personal development -Cross- functional working and personal development in the area you want to prolong in seems difficult. Company values - The company has a zero e-mail policy and prides itself in nurturing its employees. Nonetheless, departments seem fragmented and management can be overly critical. Promotions - Depending on the practice you work in promotions can be tough, I have been informed that there will be no promotions this year in the practice I operate in. Office culture - Teams within Atos can get heavily political and I have experienced poor management in the past.

too many acquisitions not fully integrated so confusion

There is not a lot of room for advancement. I have never been able to take outside training. Also, the benefits are not great. Company is doing well, but raises were minimal (1-3%).

Appraisals do not happen on time. Timely appraisal for few of their favourite people only. Management doesn’t know how to speak with employeesIf you disagree with the management, they will treat you differently. Favouritism is on its peak. Is very biased toward few employees.

Not any Compensation can be better

Very bad Mentality, Very old hardware equipment for daily work, Anorganized IT department,

- workload is too high (lack of free resources) - need to work on 24/7 call duties - working noisy environment (openspace)

If you are placed on customers, you can lose internal opportunities.

Need more company employee bonding

- Cross-country-teams are negative, lack of innovation, no collaborative mindset. - Pay is slightly below average - Some benefits had disappeared such as: -- Wellness Fridays (A few Fridays per year off) -- Fully remote

Benefits were promised but failed to materialize. Management did not always communicate the situation well resulting in tension with employees.

Limited opportunities for pay raises, only higher level management is eligible for bonus pay, culture can be abrasive at times (but that is improving)

No good hike Acquired members are not treated well

atos is penny pinching, domineering, company that creates a hateful work environment. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.

Syntel policies and management is not good .

Corporate structure - Top heavy, short sighted and customer most certainly not at the heart of things. Corporate Culture - Appalling Pay - poor with little chance of review irrespective of personal achievements. No recognition system for exceptional performance unless you're in the 'drinking club' No retention policy for capable practitioners. They win contracts by over promising and cutting competition to the bone. Then under-deliver and dispute the contract when found out. Senior management are out of touch with delivery and focussed on bonuses. Communication is non-existent and managers lack people skills. Service catalogue offerings are poorly implemented and sub-contracted. Internal systems, services and process are nothing short of a concern. For many, its seen as a ladder to secure a 'win bonus' before jumping ship with delivery left to manage customer dissatisfaction.

Salaries could be higher unfortunately

Forces to take all 22 leaves in a years. No growth seen in last 3 years. Have to work on Client holidays and Indian holidays No direct communication with HR.

Minimal personal advancement. Some accounts with high turnover and left to the wolves. No merit increases recently. Recently converted employees to a workforce management group which did not inspire confidence.

Spotlight only goes to you in case they need to blame you for something Extremely (really) low salary compared to other IT Companies Management is poor, partial and not prepared. The man working in the carwash had more sensibility to speak to me rather than my manager. The same people are always the same been rewarded No matter the issue, you will be blamed somehow. In a matter of time. Trust me. Turnover is unbelievable (guess why). HR is useless and support this approach as a whole.
