Good benefits if your full time, pay is a little sub standard for the industry didn't bother you as long as you did your job which was good and bad.
Management did not support employees it was an all about themselves type management, thy tried to keep you out of sight out of mind.
Strong management working hard to set the company up for success. Career options available with diverse opportunities. Working from home is good and options to balance your own workload
Organic growth is difficult in the current market leading to more cost controls than employees would like.

The working environment is really good and co-workers are eager to help/assist. Extra benefits are also a nice touch.
Unfortunately a lot of things like promotions, innovative ideas, POCs stuck a bureaucratic system and they take twice or three times as long (if they get through). Compensation/Pay is also average I would say, not bad though. A considerable amount of legacy software.
