Crew working there was not as friendly

Although you will need to have a passion for working in Food n Beverages so that you don't feel exhausted
Honestly nothing I can think of, you get discount when you eat there as a staff I guess
Very gossipy, management and older part time staff bullies new staff all the time, a chef shouted at me in front of all the diners over a mistake a new kitchen staff made. HR is useless. No idea how to handle conflict. High turnover rate. Extremely depressed working here

no stress enviornment cause theres not much to learn or do
you have to work at as a waiter for 1 week as onboarding training but they will not tell you about this until you have joined They told me it was a hybrid role during interview but it was actually on-site No clear communication between departments even though everyone works in the office People are not friendly and are judgemental No clear work structure or progression
Lunch provided Flexible schedule. Roster is done weekly so you can give the manager yr preferred working time and day.
Underpaid for F&B Toxic working environment (Employees and managers gossip about one another behind each others back) Bosses don’t really care about what goes on at their branches. They just let the managers handle everything and its a mess. No good staff welfare. They treat you good when they need you and the total opposite when they don’t need you. The “longer working staff” will give their workload to you since you are new. Shortage of staff uniform. Be prepared to only have 2 pieces of uniform. So if you intend to work everyday, goodluck washing and drying them.
