Decent staff welfare when it came to staff meals. Some managers are nice. Offpeak periods are quite chill.
Have to be comfortable using industrial dish washer and doing dishes using high pressure jet spray, not just waiter typical job scope. Busy periods often include dealing with ill-behaved children dropping food everywhere…
Fast-paced environment, got to learn things quickly
No double pay for part time but manager claimed there is double if work during public holiday. Need to be honest with employees.
Not so much pros that i can think about.
The management needs to improve further in terms of salary and ot and also the leadership of the leaders, because most of them leak of leadership skills.
