Company requires a long term commitment of about 2 years

Salary could be improved and location of office in some countries.

Some good people working at CAE, but not a place of excellence. It's a place of comfort- like a slightly used rug with some stains, and the colour isn't quite what it used to be, but it's comforting and feels fine under your feet. Industry is slightly stagnating.
