They hire employees without having confirmation from the client, and eventually give notice, which ruins the employee's career. Consider only when you don't have any other option

If you are from the industry this is bad place to join as they don’t value it.

There's a lot of politics - you need to know the right people in order to progress. Additionally, performance reviews and general career development is extremely difficult. Although Capco offers 2 reviews per year, the review process has far too many hoops and hurdles to make it 'easy'. When everyone is hired, they're told they could progress within 6 months however it's unheard of for anyone to progress this quickly.

Project allocation can be slow at times, and some processes feel lengthy. Workload may spike during certain client engagements.
