capco has a culture of "squeezing" its employees to please its customers. It seems that pleasing the customer matters most, no matter what happens to the employee. Projects end up being very stressful and unmotivated. They say they follow up, they even do it, but little changes for the employees' well-being.

Movement between accounts could be better and supported better by management

Feels like you’re just a number at the org sometimes. Under appreciated by colleagues and under paid compared to other firms. Lots of push to sell and identify potential client opportunities even as a consultant (which is not in scope of role)
