Consultant
High increment on salary and usually higher than market rate. **The TRADE OFF is 3 months notice period
- The company is struggling with projects and profit as well. - The management shows no vision and usually say the same thing in different townhall. i.e. Lots of opportunity is coming while still cannot see any - Messy hiring guideline as there are too many ppl in the same domain with similar skill set. Hence, there are not enough ppl to work on projects in certain domain. Resourcing team will just randomly put someone who is on bench to the project. - Top management won't care their staff - Company Reputation is not that good in the market
