Staff will immediately send to client site to support, need to very independent and less bonding with own internal team

If you don’t have a partner backing you…your career will stall. Promotions/bonus not based on merit or growing an account Bullying in the workplace is never addressed and reporting it will end your career Wipro culture overtaking Capco culture

- if you don't like Macs they give you a Macbook - no clear org structure, you don't know who to speak with about your work - constant change in direction - bench - chaos

Lot of change at the ELT level

not a alot of upward mobility

Internal growth is more driven by relationships with MPs and working directly with them rather than actual client work.
