Good culture and decent salary
Continuous leadership changes causing low morale
Principal consultant
1. The open and inclusive culture fostered by peers and leaders is something I deeply value. 2. CAPCO’s community-driven structure makes it an exceptional workplace. It’s a space where I can truly be myself, and that feeling is genuinely personified. 3. I admire CAPCO’s unwavering commitment to delivering quality work, which resonates strongly with me. 4. CAPCO’s focus on learning and development stands out, with leaders and managers aligned in supporting growth and collaboration. 5. The HR and Admin teams are incredibly supportive and attentive, demonstrating genuine care and a willingness to listen to employees.
None as I know since last 2 years.
The people you work with care about your progress
I don’t think getting stuck on one of the bigger clients makes it easy for promotion as it’s hard to differentiate yourself
Anonymous employee
Nice people Flat structure Limited bureaucracy to get things done Moving away from staff Aug to Consulting * will be opportunities for the right people Good mix of female to Male ratio New senior management ** with consulting background
*growth pains moving to consulting model but will need to be patient **MP layer not very good - transactional HR immature and processes undefined Slow to transition to consulting
Autonomy at its finest, this is a role for those who are internally motivated
To gain the recognition needed for promotion, one has to understand the game of networking
Senior consultant

I have been working for Capco for a number of years now, strangely for a single client from day1. Pure investment banking projects with loads of learning in the area of Change Management. Very supportive leadership with flexible working hours. Overall, very pleased with Capco and happy to be part of the Capco family in India
Better transport facility for employees post pandemic.
Work and office culture is great
working hours can be a bit crazy
Human resources
Flexible working options available, work from home.
Lack of Management and Leadership
Flexible timing, no micro management and good environment to work
Not providing proper bonus and not many good projects
