They will not manage you
Extremely high turnover General lack of organization/management Made up, ambiguous metrics they will use against you to justify not giving you a raise
Consultant 2
1)Work Life Balance. 2)Hybrid model of work.
1)People getting on bench is career threatening. 2)You will remain in the same project until and unless you are benched.
Can build your own career, are not limited to you existing skills/background but can learn new skills Fantastic company working enviroment in Scotland, supportive and warm
Bonuses do not reflect the UK success but rather global, meaning a fantastic year for UK does not result in a reflective bonus You need to have a confident outgoing persona to get through promotion cycles

Principal consultant
There are challenging projects, the team is very united and Capco has a good morale.
If you are not a consultant, you will be in troubles. It is not just a technical job.
Its a 'choose-your-own-adventure' firm. The exposure to complex banking architectures and regional stakeholders is world-class. However, the learning curve is steep and the environment is demanding, as you are balancing both Capco’s internal goals and the client’s delivery milestones. If you are proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a Squad-based Agile environment, the professional growth here is significantly faster than in a traditional corporate role.
Because the work is delivery-focused, there is often a 'handover-and-move-on' dynamic. This can be challenging for BAs who prefer long-term product ownership and seeing a solution evolve over years rather than just meeting the immediate project milestone.
Office is in downtown Manhattan and is nice
Did not really like the organization
Good work environment. Managers are supportive. Senior management people are easily approachable. Leaves can be taken easily. Good learning opportunities.
For bench resources, getting a project can be difficult owing to client specific demands. More focused on a particular account.
