Prolonged projects within the same clients

There were very few projects and people were mostly on bench.

Extremely high turnover General lack of organization/management Made up, ambiguous metrics they will use against you to justify not giving you a raise

1)People getting on bench is career threatening. 2)You will remain in the same project until and unless you are benched.

Bonuses do not reflect the UK success but rather global, meaning a fantastic year for UK does not result in a reflective bonus You need to have a confident outgoing persona to get through promotion cycles

Canteen food need a lot of improvement

If you are not a consultant, you will be in troubles. It is not just a technical job.

Because the work is delivery-focused, there is often a 'handover-and-move-on' dynamic. This can be challenging for BAs who prefer long-term product ownership and seeing a solution evolve over years rather than just meeting the immediate project milestone.

Did not really like the organization

For bench resources, getting a project can be difficult owing to client specific demands. More focused on a particular account.
