A great place to learn and grow
I have no complaints about working for Cargill
Marketing
Great people with amazing talent, great benefits, and competitive salary.
Opportunities for growth can be slow.

- They are putting safety above profit - Good working environment - Yearly Performance Based bonus
Lack of advancement in terms of electronic record keeping
Senior scientist
Stable company overall. They make money and basically never lay anyone off.
Unwilling to invest in equipment that works. Extremely toxic culture in the Bio R&D and CSST R&D MRDC building. Lots of finger pointing as to why equipment doesn’t work rather than active collaboration just to actually help get equipment to work. Lots of large egos.

Great benefits and nice bosses
Long hours are normal, no work life balance.
Operations
Good benefits. Good vacation and sick leave.
On call 24/7 for trains. 25% of salary comes from working overtime hours.

Great pay, nice coworkers, awesome supervisors make this a great place to work. You also get good health benefits working here, and raises/promotions will definitely come if you put in the work.

Quality manager
Part of an awesome team at Guatemala City
Highly globalized organization, sometimes that becomes an obstacle.
