Lack of advancement in terms of electronic record keeping

Unwilling to invest in equipment that works. Extremely toxic culture in the Bio R&D and CSST R&D MRDC building. Lots of finger pointing as to why equipment doesn’t work rather than active collaboration just to actually help get equipment to work. Lots of large egos.

Everything else about them stinks badly

Long hours are normal, no work life balance.

On call 24/7 for trains. 25% of salary comes from working overtime hours.

The shifts are 12 hours long, and many areas have to work a night shift at some point. Upper upper management really don’t give a hoot how their decisions affect anyone except themselves (IMO), but this is probably true for lots of companies.

Highly globalized organization, sometimes that becomes an obstacle.
