• 10 years in, still considering themselves as start up • Typical politics stuff, optic this and that • No clear direction for the company • SUPER SLOW CAREER GROWTH, technically none for me. • Pay is ok, but dont stay long, cuz increment is disappointing.

Young environment and above average pay. Good for fresh graduates who want exposure and to learn quickly. Not recommended for seasoned professionals who value efficiency and recognition — this is not the environment that will appreciate your contributions.
Management follows a “Chinaman” style mindset: if you complete a 1-week task in 3 days, they’ll expect you to deliver 2-weeks’ worth of work in the same 3 days moving forward. Efficiency is penalized rather than appreciated. Significant inefficiency across teams due to poor hiring decisions. High performers are often left to cover for underperformers. Lack of recognition and appreciation for experienced professionals who consistently deliver results.
