No uniform, usually a good range of music when not forced to play radio, rare nerd stuff comes in frequently, work colleagues are usually good company
Death / violence threats from customers constantly, uncaring upper management, awful pay for the workload / stress, constantly understaffed due to "budgeting"

Customers are often rude and demanding Company policy - (eg customers can’t wear hats when being shown an item, or refunds only to voucher) mean that staff face abuse more often than needed. Low pay and rare bonuses
Offer incentives for staff, such as festivals to attend put on by company. Depends on manager but if you get a good one there's a nice community atmosphere between the team
They never pay right, only paid till rota time when you're there for near an hour after putting away stock. Not very flexible
