it is Chubb in name only. Ace bought 'old' Chubb and kept the name hoping to cash in on the old Chubb prestige. People are now overworked and senior management only interested in cashing in. underpay compared to comparable sized companies. key mantra is 'management does not care what employees have to say'. Example: 'new' Chubb had a survey and never shared the results or acted on any things that people complained about.

Laid back. Legacy system pain of migration

Ops/IT is like working in the Trump administration.... constant change of roles, responsibilities, reporting lines and bullying tactics from leadership. Not a pleasant place to feel appreciated, be prepared to be denigrated and not valued. The entire environment had become one of no collaboration and just back stabbing.

Limited ability to move through the ranks and very political

too much work daily and a lot of blame passing

Not really flexible culture and low bonus

not much growth and learning opportunity
