Metrics are near impossible to meet - almost everybody on my team is constantly in the red(negative) for metrics, which affects potential raises, time off, etc. I personally know that some metrics are reported incorrectly because the automated metric capturing/reporting system will have errors intermittently which affects us regardless of whether it’s our fault or not. Managers are quick to blame us for shortcomings but unwilling to show us how to improve because there’s no time for coaching or meetings. Managers are not fully trained to tell us why we’re falling short - I was told, for months, that I was failing in a specific category because my call time was long, but, when my call time decreased enormously, my score in the aforementioned category did not improve, so I’m left clueless and punished because my manager can’t tell me what I actually need to improve on. The applications we rely on crash/break constantly. Teams/personnel are unaware, not fully educated on company policies, not trained correctly. Fraud department is unwilling to do their job. Metric capturing is used incorrectly so certain agents are discriminated against.
