- Many unnecessary meetings until 7 or 8pm most days. - The programme is loosely structure and us interns didn't get to participate in or observe real projects but mainly performed data entry. - Payroll takes forever to receive. - Lots of overtime working.

- Program management can be better - Sometimes teams focus too much on adhoc tasks - International rotations was once a thing but seemed like it wasn’t going to happen again

You need to leave or move teams to progress. -Some business orgs are really toxic, so if you are aligned to them, you have to deal with that. -Pitiful payrises and tiny bonus compared to competitors. -Was a remote org and now hybrid. -Somewhat absent leadership. No clear strategy.

No work life balance. Systems are bad.

Too much administration which are redundant. Outsourcing to low cost countries that operate in hierarchical and by fear may erode their staff spirits.

Sometimes one could find oneself in a politically driven team.

Boring work. Majority positions are remote which is tough if you don't love WFH
