Incredibly bright people to work with. I can only speak for myself, but my peers, as well as those above and below me in hierarchy, were all so passionate and determined. It's also nice to (most of the time) have a reasonable budget to utilize. Facilities are great.
A lot of "red tape" when you're this big. Also, being publically traded means things like re-orgs and layoffs are not uncommon
