Too many layers of management and not efficient

- highly bureaucratic - long hours

Nights calls are to be expected as key resources and decision makers are in U.S. Slow moving responses to IT tickets to fix application issues - application support does not seem to understand technology being used. As a result overall slow progress in anything you want to achieve Very low bonuses (less than 2 weeks) and low pay increment - do negotiate your starting pay well.

Cutback on international trading, can be slow for promotion depending on department

Too much policy oriented which gets revised every other month. Lot of changes creates insecurity

No cons as such here

The program has ended. Hope they revamp it in the future

Too much politics and favouritism

1. Very limited exposure 2. Systems complexity 3. Too much of documentation and no exposure to learn beyond few things

Very competitive environment which also helps in growth
