Work and life balance, good benefits.
Too many layers of management and not efficient
- great access to a learning resources & people - good internal mobility - flexible working
- highly bureaucratic - long hours
Work from home. Good medical benefits.
Nights calls are to be expected as key resources and decision makers are in U.S. Slow moving responses to IT tickets to fix application issues - application support does not seem to understand technology being used. As a result overall slow progress in anything you want to achieve Very low bonuses (less than 2 weeks) and low pay increment - do negotiate your starting pay well.
Very smart colleagues, highly desirable name and will get to work on interesting transactions,
Cutback on international trading, can be slow for promotion depending on department
Lots of opportunities Great bunch of people to work with
Too much policy oriented which gets revised every other month. Lot of changes creates insecurity
Good work culture and company policies
No cons as such here
Allows to rotate to different team
The program has ended. Hope they revamp it in the future
Good pay, nice environment. Good work culture
Too much politics and favouritism
1. Flexibility in working hours 2. Average pay
1. Very limited exposure 2. Systems complexity 3. Too much of documentation and no exposure to learn beyond few things
You will get lot of Opportunities for growth
Very competitive environment which also helps in growth
