The people are great to work with, lovely and genuine.
These past two years have made it a toxic work environment - the survivor's guilt and constant (every week) round of layoffs is insane. We legit see the push to send our jobs overseas and down south. Everyone's trying to get out asap. HR has been significantly reduced in the NY office, so we now have new HR partners in Florida. They are so useless and don't know what they are doing.

If you want your health and personal life then this is the place to be. Poor management, lack of planning results in pressure bought down on lower level hierarchy employees by there reporting managers. Everyday we are asked to extend the working hours (even though we already work 12-13 hours without break) Their platforms are not ready and fail almost daily with different issues. And we are asked to fix it along with our tasks within the deadline which was estimated before the issues encountered. Constant threats of firing the employees if the tasks are spilled after the deadline, even if there were environment issues.
