The clients and some of the policies were hard to deal with at times.

Most people won't have such a good team to work with. Promotions are difficult

I would say too new to rate.

The customers were horrible and goals are unattainable and kept getting worse month over month

No work life balance and you are expected to work on weekends. Toxic managers and you have to obey them, otherwise expect all narcissistic behaviours. No diversity.

Lesser pay and bonus compared to other banks

Layoffs, worst higher management, not recommended

Politics Corporate bureaucracy Lack of tech

Rigid corporate structure. Not flexible.

The downside to work for Citi are disorganization.
