* They did overhauling in the org. They are firing higher ups whose roles are redundant which is good but they even went as far as downgrading concessionaire the food they sell is the same everyday, they also removed the security guards in each floors leaving only roving guards and guards in the lobby area. * It's more like a normal call center with a toxic "boss" vibe now and a very stressful work environment compared to being prestigious years before. Every people I know now always talk about plans or opportunities outside, unlike before everyone is inspired to move up. * a lot more new metrics that are not effective and are just not necessary. There's so much things that they demand to employees but are not compensated well. A lot of things changed when Mike Corbat left the org and it is very saddening It feels like there is no future anymore in this organization.

Pretty slow place, no management decisions are taken and things go with the flow

alot of work analysis and document reading

Don’t expect citi to pay for anything like staff Xmas meal etc
