Serious micro management no ability for career advancement unless you know someone trust no one here

Lots of org changes in the past few years

Put under pressure to complete your work and make goals. Not worth the stress, get your experience and get out. Its not worth it to stay. Your achievements will not be recognized. Overloaded with cases and not enough time to complete them without getting something wrong for your scorecard. You have to track your time when you are working and lunch/breaks/meetings as if you are hourly. Your scorecard gets rigged and you're not made aware of it until the end of the month. It is all a set up.

pay and growth are not great

Headcount is quite limited though

No transparency for promotions and recruiting

Bureaucratic, significant challenges getting anything done or improving long standing processes

Lots of cooler talker, I figure 30% of the day people just chatting about misc stuff to waste time.
