I must respectfully state that the work environment is quite challenging, as there are numerous issues such as a lack of cooperation among colleagues, a lack of trust, poor management practices, a deficit in basic financial skills and understanding among the leadership, inadequate salary, highly inefficient manual processes, and a lengthy working schedule, which can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
