Poor HR services, difficult to get support in a timely fashion

Limited opportunity to grow in Pune

Project managers are over governed and get lost with governance work more than the actual project itself. Hard to nail down budget for projects. Change is hard.

Keep you as part time but work you full time so they don’t pay full benefits

The organization is too slow moving and large for work to get done efficiently. It is very difficult to be innovative. There are a lot of changes happening now without good plans in place for how to move forward and distribute work, and employee morale is extremely low.

Toxic environment, micromanagement, no leadership

I do not have any negatives.

Sometimes it is too stressful

No bonus, no overtime, unhealthy team

Management is a joke. Poor manager knowledge. Self learning environment nothing is taught .
