bonus's and pay drastically vary between departments, and the workload of individuals at the same level varies when compared to other sectors of business. Within client onboarding individuls are expected to do work above their paygrade/level without compensation for this. There is an expecation to be performing at the higher level before a promotion is even considered even if the individual has exceeded targets/expectations for their currently role, and there is no gurantee indivual will be promoted. Performance evaluation revolves around targets and metrics with litle consideration to achievements not target based.
