Old technology, long hours, Rest all fine

Experts at hiring a whole bunch of staff at once and then having layoffs a year or two later…practice better resource management. The old ways of working are long gone…embrace telecommuting and option for four day workweeks. Stop spending millions on facilities upgrades when there are no functioning workstations available when in office.

insists on working on site when we can work from home

Very slow growth because at mid level

Depending on the area, limited bonus and not related to performance, which frustrates.
