Trade analyst
- great job experience learning an analyst role - decent work life balance - hybrid position - dynamic / fast pace environment
- horrible pay, they say everyone gets the same which they don't. everyone talks openly about their pay.. they pay women and people who actually work hard the lowest - extremely negative culture. It's quite depressing being in the office surrounded by constant negativity - No organization, trade meetings are a huge waste of time. there's no order to them. - Poor system structure. There's about 10 different platforms / programs you need to use to do your job. They don't have one program (or just a couple) that has it all. - Bad communication - there is no communication between departments. Nothing is streamlined and communicated across the entire company. No one knows what each position / department does.. so nothing is completed in an efficient manner. Also, when something changes, you find out by discovering it has changed yourself, not by the company informing you. - They promote men WAY quicker than women. The only women promoted are those that have been there for ages. As for men, they promote after 1 year who are fresh out of college. Oddly enough the men that were recently promoted with the same amount of experience and eagerness to grow happen to be golf buddies with management. - women go to HR regarding harassment and it's always brushed under the rug - high turnover rate due to all of these things mentioned
The culture and people are nice and friendly hard-working colleagues just there to earn a living
Typical MNC that is very profit-driven and is lowest-cost focus Response to market changes is annoyingly dragging, since need multi-level approvals Very hard to get a bonus from them

Good place to work in this industry
Work life Balance needs to be taken care
Senior executive
Good canteen, many under 30s, nice building.
Extremely high turnover, no meritocracy, directionless and arrogant managers intended on protecting themselves and seeking blame in others. No motivation, no bonuses. Micromanagement.
Operations manager
Great place to work.
Entire peration has been moved to Mumbai due to cost effectiveness
Finance specialist
Flexible office timings, more opportunities to learn and grow. Additional perks such as Sodexo and Cab. Overall good pay compared to industry.
Bigger hierarchy, might take more time to grow inside the same team. Nothing else to complain about.
Company is growing by leaps and bounds. But verticals n manpower also need to grow. Flat hierarchy gives a direct exposure to management but highly political framework is equally vulnerable.
Processes should be defined aptly. And justice delayed is justice denied be it appraisals or hikes or role changes.

Executive
Good leader at the helm in APAC. Builds visuality to how and where we should be headed, together.
Lack of order and visibility for a better planning. Work and life balance is extremely vague. For a global firm, the reactivity expected from global north is ridiculous.
