Pros

A company that pushes its staff to put in their best effort and get results. It is infused with a culture of teamwork and almost everyone in the organization is prepared to impart information to colleagues most of the times. Has potential to be the no. 1 global carrier.

Cons

Very low and unequal pay for similar job roles and functions. Hierarchical structure is seemingly too top heavy and overlapping in responsibilities. Extremely poor communication Lack of opportunities for person from non-French or Spanish speaking countries. The HO is either unaware or turns a blind eye to the exploitations of employees by either local or regional management. Lack of accountability for managers that perform poorly and display clear evidence of abuse of power. Work hours are long without overtime compensation. Top management is completely disconnected from the realities of what it takes to get tasks done and the challenges experienced by employees and make very poor decisions as a result.

Pros

Employees are friendly, benefits are excellent, industry is exciting and interesting. Overall its a great company to start out at fresh from college, though most positions don't require a college degree...

Cons

Process for advancement is very slow, you must be in your current position min 18 months before even applying to another job. There is a lot of lateral movement going on in the company but as for actually moving up, the opportunities seem few and far between. Pay is average at best, the industry in general doesn't pay the greatest so that is something to consider if you are thinking of entering. Benefits are great though and do help make up..
