Upper and middle level management people are like chameleon. They always do unfair things to you and usually don't give promotion at the appraisal meeting. Many people resign jobs here.

Not sure of any if there are any.

The opportunity for growth should be available sooner. The time frame to move to other departments was a bit extensive.

You will sack anytime. No job security. No appraisal system.

Compensation could be improved to tie to performance

Profit-driven management, heavy scrutiny on non-revenue generating trades

Very stresfull, and a bad atmosphere

can be stressful, more pressure to do more with less

Salary growth is not good

Very tough to leave the Organization as we can get a Good Work-Life Balance.
