Short training Pay could be higher They immediately push you to take calls when you're a beginner Would make you work weekends too Outdated systems They have a camera watch you TL's can have high expectations Slow (which can be a bad or good thing) You don't get holiday pay after working there for 60 or 90 days They're a third party company so they'll have you work in any other companies they're contracted to Zero tolerance policy so they'll put you in a C.A immediately and you may or may not get fired
