Pay was good, job wasn’t particularly hard, team leaders were friendly, supportive and you build a sense of community with them and your colleagues, and love the fact that your not micromanaged on time on calls, call backs etc a lot of flexibility on that.
Horrible constantly changing hours between 8am-10:15pm Constantly picked up on performance all the time, with no appreciation on the fact that different seasons affect sales, alongside credit checks etc…
