All benefits are true and there's allowance for that specific account. More sales, more money. WFH during my time, but we were forced to go back to site so I resigned.
You'll get penalized for not pitching/offering sales to customers. Management is toxic. They are allergic to WFH pips. Sales team/manager is so toxic. No space to grow. Just remain agent. lol. They will not accept feed backs. They/ll love you if you say good things to them. But if bad, they will pressure you more and will not listen to any of your rants/feedbacks. If it doesn't benefit them, they will not help. Lesser TL has wide range of understanding to agents, most of them are like owners of the company. Not really good for your mental health. The only people left there are the "sipsip" ones.
