- amazing work environment - opportunities for professional growth - health and wellbeing support
Some processes could be streamlined
Technical support representative
The account I was assigned to was pretty chill. The bosses were kind and considerate. The people are nice as well.
Low salary. Repetitive tasks. No growth.
Software developer
Good benefits Taking care of employees
Recognition Promotions are not timed properly
Team lead
Working at Concentrix provided me strong exposure to Trust & Safety operations, quality frameworks, and global client standards. The onboarding and SOP-driven structure helped me quickly get productive. The environment enabled me to grow into QA, coaching, and workflow optimization roles with supportive peers and clear processes.
The workload can be high with strict KPIs, and advancement to higher strategic roles depends on project openings. Compensation may not always be on par with product companies, and rigid processes sometimes limit internal innovation
Customer service representative
High salary and an okay transportation system
Pto gets rejected, if they say something is not possible right then that means it is possible but you have to insist(usually but not always ) Has some accounts that are pro-israe......l And some accounts that have haram services
Customer service advisor
Not much to say besides the fact that chances are your colleagues will be really nice
Low salary Low bonuses/no bonuses No transparency Connection based promotions Internal rules enforced only if management dislikes you Asking questions or explanations is viewed badly You're just a number and don't matter to them Promotes lazy attitudes and punishes capable people with more work without pay as "an opportunity to prove yourself"
Nice colleagues, central location, good public transport links
Poor training, management take zero accountability for their failures, promised support that is never given, goal posts constantly moved for bonuses amd management nit pick everything you do. I was marked down and lost bonus for using the word query instead of question
Customer onboarding specialist
Not a lot, but at least they will pay you
Bonus harder and harder to reach, unqualified people over you, low pay for the moment in attica
Inside sales representative
The environment is quite good, especially in the dish account. The sales bonus depends on various factors, such as the overall performance of the site. However, it usually ranges from 30,000 to 80,000 for retention LOB and 5,000 to 30,000 for sales LOB. Of course, some people can earn significantly more or less, depending on the numbers.
It’s a really hard job that requires a lot of focus, especially on something called “tiers.” These are things you do wrong during calls, usually something that’s legally illegal or you can’t do at all. For the sales shifts, they usually start from 4 PM to 1 AM, and the other shift starts from 9 PM to 6 AM. The base salary is only 15,000 after taxes. So, if you basically did something called “tier 3,” you can get fired immediately and have 100% of your bonus deducted. But if you were really focused and didn’t do anything wrong, it’ll be fine.
Subject matter expert (sme)
Strong training programs that help employees build skills and confidence Supportive team culture with approachable leaders and mentors. Clear processes and tools that enable quality client service. Opportunities for growth, internal movement, and learning. People-focused environment that values collaboration and performance.
Some processes could be streamlined to reduce stress and improve efficiency
