Toxic environment, a lot of gossiping and behind the back games, management is clearly corrupted, as operational management couldn't care less about employees and yet still are keeping the job. Unrealistic KPIs are being accepted from the client, and agents are being punching bags for everything. Salaries are low, a lot of duties are not even mentioned in the contract so you end up doing business analytics, recruiting, hr, operational etc. No benefits and perks besides some discount coupons.
