Micro-management: Employees have a legal right to use the bathroom outside of their break times. Pay: Below the standard for this position and workload Ability to move up: Don’t bother because even if you’re great at it, you’ll probably get thrown out like others. Communication: Schedules are posted same week, little time for wiggle room Training: Training is barely enough to actually make it through. Training is barely updated and throwing trainees straight into calls without proper training The list can go on, but it is more specific to a certain team.
Associate manager
I had an excellent interview process conducted by highly professional leaders and was hired for a strong global project with real impact. The role itself and the initial onboarding experience were very positive, and I worked with talented and committed colleagues.
After the arrival of a new local director, significant issues emerged at the management level. There was a lack of structure, transparency, and effective communication, which negatively affected the work environment. Concerns raised in good faith were not handled appropriately, and HR was formally informed about leadership practices that did not align with Concentrix’s stated values, particularly regarding respect, professionalism, and psychological safety.
