- employee centric (will assist and help in any problem as per their flexibility and policy (9.5/10) - very stable job (won't fire/terminate you unless Compliance or POSH issue, even in some cases I have seen you won't) - If you get high salary at the time of joining good for you (very low appraisals and increment over the year 1-5% only) - Facilities are good (Cab, medi-claim T&C applied, cafeterai, GYM, etc.) - In general leadership is good (3.2/5) (the individual in leadership are the problems- micromanaging, blaming- will through you under the bus, if you are week and sensitive they will absolutely walk over you, individual performance and contribution to work will mean nothing if the TL/OM has already preference.

FYI- focus on yourself and want you want out of this based on that act only.
So far training is going good. The training process is smooth and easy to understand

- If a team leader didn't like you, they would sabotage your stats - Unrealistic KPIs - They frequently complained that the teams where never bonding or acting like team members but they refused to give us time to bond as a team - frequently covered up bullying and harassment
