For long time no guidance and structure in the team, overtime not payed, no recognition from management. Additional certification and professional growth within the role is not rewarded and reflected in compensation. There is no annually increase, not even a tiny one to beat the inflation. No bonuses.

Administrative team most of the times are not along with you and the vibes they give (even RRHH) is like you are not allowed to talk. At least with the referral program I had issues getting a walmart card since I had to do a follow up with my TL in order to be able to claim it.
