I would especially like to appreciate my trainer, Mr. Tayeb, who has been extraordinary throughout the training period. His clear explanations, patience, and great sense of humor made the learning process both effective and enjoyable. He creates a comfortable environment where questions are encouraged, which has helped me gain confidence in my role.
Cons: Training materials could include more practical examples.
